These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the website and SMS messaging program of A Plus SMP ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in through the chat on our website, you agree to receive SMS messages from A Plus SMP about your inquiry, consultation follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
